Changed Power Source, now Orbi is slow

I purchased and have been using an Orbi RBK53S-100NAS system in October of 2020. Since installing, we've enjoyed high speed Internet access throughout the house. I have gigabit service and we have been reliably getting 360+ MB/s.
Saturday, we purchased new battery backups/surge protectors to put our sensitive eqiupment on. The Orbi satellite (#1) in my office has been plugged into one for several months and there was no degradation of service.
That same night, we put the actual router, the Orbi base unit, and a laptop on a new UPS. And the other Orbi satellite (#2), a new laptop, and a desktop computer on a second UPS. Nothing at all changed about the setup for satellite #1.
When everything came back up, I discovered that although I'm getting decent speed from the base unit and the satellite #2, satellite #1 is no longer working efficiently. The Internet seems to crawl. I'm getting frequent timeouts trying to open simple pages like gmail and facebook. I have my work laptop plugged into satellite #1 using a physical cable. Nothing about that setup has changed. The positions of the satellites with respect to the base unit have not changed. The only change is that everything is now on a UPS instead of only satellite #1.
I've tried restarting (multiple times) the cable router, the Orbi base unit, both satellites, all the computers involved, and nothing seems to help. It's baffling. I can't imagine how anything we did could affect things the way they have, and yet....
Does anyone have any suggestions? I use the computer that's now slow for work, and although today is a company holiday, tomorrow is not, and I fear that my ability to reliably access remote servers is going to suffer with the internet being a fraction of its former speed. I used to get 360+ MB/s reliably on that laptop, and now there are times when it's as low as 36KB/s (according to Ookla) and I cannot figure out why.

Be sure you are using same spec in the newer power adapter as what is listed on the sticker on the older power adapter.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AC products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Re: Changed Power Source, now Orbi is slow
Thanks, I will repost there. I'm new and was having trouble figuring out where to post questions. 🙂
