Circle premium features lost

My embedded circle premium features have decided to stop working for me. I tried everything suggested on the circle help page (reboot router, reboot phone, reset circle, update firmware etc), and nothing’s worked. It’s been down for a day now and I’m getting frustrated with it. Any other suggestions?

What symptoms do you see?

And your router is? A model number?

A factory reset of this unnamed router?

And the firmware version is?

Have you tried this issue in the section given over to Circle?
