Compatabilty of Hard drive storage with R800 Night Hawk

I have a Netgear R8000. Can you please advise whether any of the hard drives listed below will work on my router? 1.  Seagate Backup Plus HUB Desktop hard Drive USB3.0 4TB Model: 3351564 2.  Seagate Expansion Desktop Hard Drive 5TB Model: 2886343 3.  Seagate Expansion Desktop Hard Drive 4TB Model: 2886342

Hi searay,

I had already checked the list of USB drives that have been reported to work with R8000.

It's such a limited number and I wonder if the list needs to be updated.

Not sure why so few.

Maybe others have been used succesfully and just not been added?

Hi RonBoy,

If the drive model is not on the list, it does not mean that it will no longer work with the router. There are other drives that works even if they are not on the list.
