Compatible routers

I purchased a Nighthawk CM1100 Modem.  I am trying to find a list of compatible routers (the product spec sheet only has the AX8 8 Stream wifi router listed.  Are there other wireless routers that are compatible?  I didn't want to spend the amount listed for for AX 8.  Thank you

Any decent router should work just fine. They all should connect with the modem just fine. No special magic required. Very hard for a vendor to keep a list up to date.

Absolutely. Find one that fits in with your budget and needs.

There is no reason why you should stick with Netgear – some people would say that you should avoid it – but some of us find that it is easier to stick with one brand because then you can get used to how they work.

Plug in your needs, and then see what the reviews and comment here tell you.

If you want a personal recommendation, the R7800 has a lot of fans. Reliable and basic. A bit old, but in this area newest is not always greatest.
