Connect to Internet but not router at 192.168.0.1
I have a C7000V2 router. I noticed that the WiFi wasn't working, but I could connect to the internet with my direct wired PC. My troubleshooting skills are limited, but I did the power down and restart on the router, I did the hard reset, I restarted again, but no WiFi. So I tried to go to 192.168.0.1 which is my gateway, but it doesn't connect to the router, and sends me to https://www.netgear.com/home/services/routerlogincom/ which tells me
"You may not be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.com, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again."
If that isn't the dumbest circular logic I've ever been dealt!
I haven't changed my system or settings in quite a while.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

there's a wifi on/off button. Push and hold it for 2 seconds. I've seen it get bumped and disable wifi. And it survives a factory reset.
