I have a R6900 router. I am trying to attach a Seagate BackupPlus Hub 5Tb via USB 3.0. This drive isn't on the compatibility list but the 4TB is. Will this drive work? My router USB 3.0 light isn't recognizing that a drive is connected.

Hi JeffLesmeister,
Based on the list, the maximum drive capacity that the router is compatible is 4TB. It could be the reason why it is not being detected. To verify if the port is working, try to connect a different USB drive to the USB 3.0.
