Connection Problem

R7000. All devices say they are connected but I am not able to access internet. iPhone, TV, Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Using Wave Broadband service.

Possible that there's no Internet coming from the modem.

Did you try to bypass the router?

Connect a computer directly to the modem and see if you have Internet access. 

If you do, see the steps below and configure the router.
