Our internet was out and we were directed to reset our modem. The internet issue has been resolved (mice chewed the wires) but now I cannot get my modem to hook back up to everything. I’m assuming when we reset, it wiped it. I tried using the genie , but cannot recall username and password. Is there anything I can do? Thanks!
