D7000-200 dropping out
I am having issues with my Nighthawk D7000 constanly dropping out. Everytime it does I have to reboot the router. It seems to happen totally at random. Sometimes it will keep a connection for hours and at othger times its a matter of minute. It does not seem to be able to reconnect. This has been going on for some time
I have been on to my ISP who has checked everything at their end and they say it is all good. It has now gotten to the point that they are sending me a new router to try on the line. They have told me that this is a know issue with the D7000 series
To be honest I'm at my wits ens. I have the latest firmware, new cables and nothing seesm to work. I am open to suggestions, bearing in mind that I'm not a computer experts so please be gently

As always, an actual version number would be more useful than your
opinion of what's "latest" today.
"latest" and "best" are spelled differently for a reason. If you
have some time to kill, then you might try one or more different (older)
firmware versions.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Downloads. (For older versions, under Firmware and Software
Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions".) Find the kit(s).
Download the kit(s) you want. Read the "Release Notes" file for
instructions.
