D7800 Ethernet conections dropping out randomly

D7800 keeps randomly dropping ethernet connected devices, firmware updated please help

Hi @pilch72, welcome to the community! If you haven't yet, we recommend doing a factory reset after a firmware update to clear up some possible incompatibilities with the previous version. Let us know how that goes.

HI Dexter  I have done factory reset, updates etc, still having same problem see attached picture, genie can't sort out the problem. Wi fi is fine just all the ethernet conections drop out several times a day?
