DDNS not working for mynetgear.com

It shows "The service provider is not reachable." I have orbi 752 and rax120 in two houses, both are not working recently.

 

Not updating since Dec. 7/8th, Netgear, please check it with No-IP and fix it.

    Something to contact NG support about. They don't watch these forums much.

    Did you manage to get this resolved? I have the same problem since December 8th with R7000 router. Thanks.
