DOS attack on my nighthawk x6 R8000 router. How can I block the listed IP's to help prevent attacks

Hey Guys.

My router recently restarted.  When looking at the logs, I see that it got spammed from a series of ip's in a DOS attack.  Evidently it forced a router reboot.  I was able to perform a tracert on the ip and find where the attack came from but of course it ultimatley lead to a dead end.  I would like to do something to flag those ip's to prevent any traffic from them.  Is there a way to do that using the routers firewall?  Or is this something I will need another appliance for?  I included what I found in the event log below.

You may want to make sure DOS protection is enabled.
