Device specific filtering

Am I able to block access (WiFi and Wired) to specific MAC addressess (devices) only, between selected hours?

I am not talking about Parental Control features and I do not need to block certain sites etc.

I was under the impression that the latest Netgears could do this but I cannot see the option. I am using Access Control filtering, so I am aware I can block certain devices, all of the time or I can block ALL devices between certain hours.

Access UI and go to Advanced > Security > Block Services 

Select Schedule 

ALL service

Select the IP addresses (reserved IPs under LAN Setup)

Like I explained, I don't want to block sites, just specific devices at certain scheduled times, perhaps my explanation was not clear.

Ah so if I setup fixed ip for the device(s) I can use this method to schedule blocked internet services per IP address......thanks for that, will give that a try.
