Question is why do I not see an option to connect to wifi 6 channel?
What router model and firmware version please?

I have a device that is wifi 6 but no option to connect to wifi 6. Only shows the 2.4 and 5g.
What device make, model, WiFi adapter and OS are we facing here?
Suspect you are confused by the designations. WiFi 6 does not say it does support the 6 GHz channels - that would be WiFi 6E.

Re: Don't see wifi 6 channel
What "wifi 6" device do you have?
Wifi 5 is just 2.4ghz/5ghz.
6E is the 6ghz spectrum.
So letting us know what actual device you have will help us determine if it actually has 6ghz capabilities.

That's the router.
what actual device are you using to try to connect to it?
You have to have a device capable 6ghz to see/connect to 6ghz.

Re: Don't see wifi 6 channel
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi6 Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH RAX router products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
