Downstream light flashing
Recently I had severe signal issues, until Xfinity replaced an amp at the street level. My speeds went back to closer to 1gbps like they should...for about a day. My avg speedtest is about 690mbps and everyday I reboot hhe modem, light goes solid for a while. I know its going to start flashing because my Amazon Firestick loses connection.
I have attached a screenshot of my modem stats.
Please let me know what you think.

Re: Downstream light flashing
do you also have your logs?
The cable connection is just a snip in time of when you loaded the page. The logs show us the longer term connection.
And if their connection is intermittent, you'd see it in the logs and not the cable connections page.

Re: Downstream light flashing
On the last 2ctimes this happened, the log was empty. Before that it gave a CM Event Type 24 message. For some reason, i can't find that definition on the internet.
I will check the log again and let you know
Thanks,
Craig
