Dropped internet
My router has dropped the internet since day 1. I should've taken it back to Best Buy. But the problem was intermittent. It's been really bad recently and Spectrum said that maybe the channels could be adjusted. I can't learn out to do that because I can't log into my account because my son-in-law hooked it up and he must've mistyped one of the answers to my security questions. I'm about ready to trash the whole thing and go get another brand. I wrote about this problem to them within the warranty but of course I received no response. Now it's out of warranty and I'll be darned if I'm going to give Netgear another cent. I'll go to another router company

You can factory reset the unit and use the default to log in and re setup the router.
