Time to time I totally lose the r690 - it will lose internet wif and wired and hang. I need to reboot.&nbsp; Other times it just reboots periodically resetting to factory defaults.&nbsp; &nbsp;This started when I upgraded firmware

You can always downgrade the firmware if the issue came up after the firmware upgrade.&nbsp;

download the firmware from the support site.

then extract it.

then follow the manual firmware update process and instead of using the new firmware, use the one you downloaded.
