EX6200vs AC1200 stopped working

Help please - Have been using the extender for 2 yrs and whenever it stops working I just turn the extender off and on and the problem is fixed. On this occasion it is still not working. I have 3 red lights permanently on. The 2.4 - 5 and up and down lights. Nothing is plugged into the extender. I've turned the modem off and on and reset the extender. I can't access - mywifiext - page as it tells me I'm not connected to the extenders wifi network. Wifi is working just fine on the desktop.

I use a Mac desktop Safari version 13.1.2

The EX7300 is a solid dual band extender. 

but for the same prices (or usually cheaper on amazon) you can get the RBS40V that has extender mode, is triband, and has a alexa speaker integrated.

try pushing and holding reset for up to 30 seconds while its powered on. 

Are you able to access the extender if you're hardwired into it? with your mac?

make sure to shut off the wifi on the mac to ensure its using the hardwired connection. 

You can try its default ip address of 192.168.1.250 when hardwired in.

No luck with the 30seconds reset. Extender not hardwired with the Mac.

did you try hardwiring it into the mac to try? 

Any recovery on it would need a hardwired connection to do

tried hardwiring but still get message not connected to internet. I think the extender has departed this world.

Think i will replace it with nighthawk x4 ac2200 ex 7300 is this a good choice ???
