1) 23:51:00 - Welcome message from Kumar - I promptly state my LAN DHCP problem 2) 23:53:48 - Kumar asks about WAN settings - I have a query about his request 3) 23:58:53 - Kumar answers my query - I provide the requested information 4) 00:00:29 - Kumar's final message - I follow up because it's obvious he is on the wrong track 5) 00:13:22 - I ask Kumar if he is still there 6) 00:20:44 - I ask again complaining that he does not reply 7) 00:21:46 - Jehan (!!!! - not Kumar) says "Hi. Thank you for choosing NETGEAR" 😎 00:21:46 - Jehan/someone puts me to the back of the queue "Please available agent" 9) 00:47:++++ still waiting ...... nearly an hour wasted with no productive assistance whatsoever

this is the community forum. where members of the public try to help others out. 

We're not netgear. We appreciate the time you took to write that. 

But if you want help, its better to provide pertinent details.

1. What issue you're having, it detail.

2. What device you're using. 

3. Firmware on that device. 

4. modem its connected to and any other routing device in the connection. 

5. things you've done trying to fix it


searching the community forum can also be very beneficial as many times there's already been a similar situation.
