I was having very slow internet speeds on my (wired) PC when I set up my router at my new apartment. I have fiber Gbps speeds. When I plug my PC directly into the ONT, it works perfectly so I was able to determine it was my router. I went to factory reset and I am able to “connect” but there’s no internet access. All of the lights are white and acting normally. My PC says “connected” (via Ethernet) and laptop says “connected, secured” via WiFi but the internet itself doesn’t work. When I try to log into the router, it brings me to the Netgear page saying I’m not connected. The router is definitely the issue but it’s a few years old at this point and Netgear won’t help me.

Nevermind, I am dumb. I did not realize you needed to use the app to set it up after factory reset as I have not set it up in a long time.
