File copy via ac-Wifi to NAS is slow

Hi!

I've got this setup:

Netgear x4s R7800 router in Router mode
Qnap NAS attached via 1gbit Ethernet
Laptop with AC Wifi @866mbit (Killer 1535) @ 5Ghz
external HDD @ USB 3.0 @ router
1Gbit Ethernet USB 3.0 dongle @ laptop -> router Ethernet

Firmware on everything is up to date.

When i copy a large file from my Laptop to the USB disk via ac-wifi i've get about 40 MB / sec (~350 mbit) - fine
When i copy a large file from my Laptop to the NAS via Ethernet Dongle i've get about 40 MB / sec (~350 mbit) - fine
but when i copy a large file from my Laptop to the NAS via ac-wifi i've got ~13MB / sec (~115 mbit) - bad

So my wifi can do fast to the USB disk, but its slow to the NAS - which is fast over Ethernet - does anybody know what could be the Problem?
This is driving me nuts - and no setting whatsoever have an effect on the wifi -> NAS performance
Different channels, HT160 on/off, jumbo-frame / MTU settings, some settings on the wifi driver, or on NAS - it doesn't matter...

Thanks & cheers

Re: File copy via ac-Wifi to NAS is slow

wifi: 2-4 ms, 3ms in average, no packetloss

ethernet: <1ms, no packetloss
