Copy+paste from the Web page? Have you looked at the ".cfg" file
produced by (on my D7000) ADVANCED > Administration > Backup Settings:
Backup Settings? Perhaps you can extract what you want from that file
(unsightly as it may be).

Copy+paste from the Web page? Have you looked at the ".cfg" file

Or, if using a browser is ok, then save the HTML, and try to extract
the useful data from that. Perhaps Wget could be persuaded to fetch the
page, if you can get it past the authentication. Some scripting would
be needed to extract the useful data, no doubt. But, for a one-timer,
copy+paste can be pretty handy.
As usual, many things are possible, and there's seldom only one
solution to a problem in this neighborhood.
