Since updating to this version I can no longer login to the router - getting "server unexpectedly dropped connection" with safari and "connection was reset" with firefox
Genie app also won't connect - router not found or not supported.
otherwise all connectivity is working.
could login before hand - completed the update from the routers update function
Tried a hard reset of the router still no admin login page
Other than a firmware update no other changes to the system were made.

Sometimes you have to hold the reset button in a long time. Try holding in the reset button for thirty seconds.

mollydog68
you should see a pinhole on the back of the router you just need to hold down the button in the pinhole for 10 seconds this will perform a factory reset.

Re: Firmware1.0.5.48 update - can no longer login to router
Default admin password and wifi SSID password will be on the bottom of the router as well, the firmware update completed sucessfully not sure why it loses the web admin page after the update requiring a factory reset, bit of a pain as you loose all your settings, but the new features are now working.
