No traffic is able to pass through any ports.  Have tried a number of times, but same results.  I need to get a case started for an RMA.  Please let me know what else I need to give you so that we can get things started.

Well you're on the public support forum. where members of the public try to help out. 

You need to go through support for the warranty process.

Netgear warranty on GC752XP

 

Click on "mynetgear" at the top. Register an account and then the device. From there you can contact support/rma
