HELP! R7000 kicks us off several times a day!
We have 100mbps internet coming into home. Everyday when my daughter logs onto her zoom meeting for virtual school, and I am on my laptop for work (sometimes virtual mtgs as well) - we get kicked offline by our router. I have to unplug the router and plug it back in and then we will be back online. Ive already had internet provider check the internet, and its coming into house with no interruptions..so its something with our router. Customer service was NO HELP since its been more than 90 days since I purchased the router. I verified i have latest firmware. I dont know what else to do...

You should downgrade the firmware to .42 as it's the most reliable one so far. Everything after seems a disaster for many

Re: HELP! R7000 kicks us off several times a day!
Go here and get the .42 version (click on the + sign) - make sure to unzip the download. https://www.netgear.com/support/product/r7000.aspx
Login with a wired computer to the router Web UI at http://192.168.1.1
If needed, a factory reset may be done and reconfigure from scratch
