NEED HELP Kids out of school, and no wifi for xbox!
I reset router by holding in reset button in back for about 5 sec till power light started blinking, like troubleshooting said.
Now when I try to connect with my laptop with the using the network password on back of router, it says connected but also says no internet. Cant access the router page obviously, no matter what ip address I use.
Even if I connect with ethernet cable to laptop it says no internet? I have to connect straight from modem to get internet.
What am I doing wrong. It wont even let me connect with genie on laptop.
