Have 2 extenders same type have problems installing both on Nighthawk
I am only seeing one extender on my Nighthawk app., how do I get both of my products to show. I installed the first one and then unpluged it (because when I turned it off it turned itself back on), however when I installed the second and plugged both in the app only show one extender. What do I do.
Plus when I try to sign into the netgear on my computer it will not take my password and the security questions are wrong.
Need help.

Re: Have 2 extenders same type have problems installing both on Nighthawk
What happens if you turn OFF the one extender thats already connected, leaving the other newer extender ON?
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Nighthawk App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Nighthawk App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the WiFi Extender products:

Thank you.
