Having trouble with wifi

So i am having trouble again with my router. My router will not send a signal in generating a wifi signal. I tried calling the hotline, but apparently a week of having the same problem considers my second call since my original problem still exists. So i have tried resetting my modem and router, but i still get no wifi signals on my 4 buttons. I tried going into the login genie and shows my wifi ports are  not connecting. I tried to turn them on and off, but nothing happens. My wifi just randomly shut off and i am at a complete loss of what to do and the supporters will not help me, can someone give me some guidence please?

What do the wifi lights look like on the top of the R7000?

What buttons are these? Something on your wifi receivers?

Re: Having trouble with wifi

What firmware are you using?

Who did you cal? Netgear Support?

How old is the router and has this ALWAYS happened?

Do the wireless devices (what are they?) actually see the SSID?

Do you lose Internet on any wired devices?
