Help. I cant install readyshare to mac monterey 12.0.1

Hi,

I currently have printer epson L3110 conected via usb to the router R7800 and use readyshare to use the printer from different computers. I just bought a macbook pro and I am having trouble installing readyshare. I installed the driver to the macbook and can print when the printer is connected via usb. I tried installing readyshare but after I restart the macbook after installation it says netgear usb control center installation was incomplete. I can open the readyshare app but it doesnt show the router. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you,

Henry

ChristineT how comes Netgear has still no M1-code of the Netgear USB sharing utility, essentially a commercial implementation of NetUSB if I'm not wrong)?  Considering the first M1 based systems were released about one year ago ....

  • I'm having the same problem with my new Macbook Air with the M1 chip.  I've tried multiple ways of installing it and every time it says it hasn't completed installation. This makes me completely unable to print to the printer attached to our netgear router.

What Netgear device are you trying to work on?

NEHC02 asked about installing readyshare and their R7800.

Do either of those apply to you?
