I want to use the DM200 to receive the internet then pass it through the Mesh MR60 router plus its 2 satellites which is connected via a switch to devices using ethernet and wifi. My question is.
Do I leave DHCP on in the DM200 and turn it off in the MR60 netgear mesh router or do I turn off DHCP in DM200 and turn it on in the MR60.
When I originally set it up every Web page was being redirected to the internal MR60 login page.
Help very appreciated

The MR60 is a more capable device.
I'd setup the DM200 in modem only mode (disable its router functions) and run the MR60 in router mode.

DHCP is not the critical thing.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "Disable the
Modem's Routing Features and Use the Modem as a DSL Modem Only".

That's the way to do it.
I chip in simply to provide some feedback as a DM200 user. In modem only mode, the DM200 is hard to get at. (No obviously accessible IP address on the local network.) So update the firmware before you bite the bullet. And create a backup of your settings, just in case you need it later.
The manual for the DM200 explains the implications of accessing the thing in modem mode, but with luck you won't need to get into it.

Do you mean that the "IMPORTANT:" suggestion in the User Manual does
_not_ work?
You can now access the modem only through a fixed IP address,
which is 192.168.5.1.
It doesn't _look_ complicated.
