Horrible Customer Service

I mean you have to be absolutely kidding me. This router is a piece of crap and I’ve literally done all the troubleshooting and will continue to do at this point. The customer service for this company is a complete joke. I called them 2 weeks ago to put in a request for a replacement because I am still under warranty until 1/6/2021. They opened a case and after 2 droppped calls from their agents I went to make a comment under the case suppose demanding the RMA. 6-7 days go by no one has responded to the case. I call back today so I don’t miss my warranty and after 47 minutes I literally had to hang up before I turned into hulk. This man literally said let me check no less than 30 times. I ask him what are you checking because you keep saying that. What in the case are you look I for that you continue to place me on hold. I’m not doing not one more troubleshoot. I’ve done everything I can and even spent some time on the forum going over every advice. I purchased a google mesh 2 weeks ago and have not WiFi coverage one time. I’m getting speed faster than what I’m paying for. Netgear ought to be a shame of themselves. The warranty is mine and you’re literally fighting me about replacing what I very purchased. The equipment is clearly faulty. Everybody on this forum say the SAME EXACT thing about this product.

  • Meant to say I haven’t had a dropped connection once with the google mesh amazing product. Not sure how to get a return on this night hawk though. Was hoping someone has been successful.
