Your router has a built in switch, do you mean an Access Point? If an AP then the option is in the router admin pages.

Re: How do I configure my router R7000 to a switch
You probably want to run the router as a Wireless Access Point or AP. You can do this by following the users manual instructions.

This will give you a switch that provides wireless access without providing IP addresses. Your modem will be responsible for IP addresses.
