Hp printer wifi communication issue

Yes I have tried restarting the printer.

I have the same issue with an Epson Workforce 7510.

I have tried wired and wireless.

I have tried static IP, DHCP reservation, and DHCP.

I have tried rebooting the printer.

I have tried resetting the printer to factory defaults and configuring it from scratch.

The only thing that fixes the issue is to reboot the router.

Nevermind.

It's not the printer. It's the issue described here.
