I can't sign out the device

Hi guys.
I can't sign the device out of my account.
Netgear's website keeps saying: "Oops! Something went wrong on our end.
Try refreshing the page, or wait a few minutes and try again."

what router/extender/device do you have?

What firmware is on it?

What are you trying to sign out off? App? browser?

Is it iOS, android, windows?

 

Details are key to helping.

I use Router Nighthawk R7500v2

Firmware V 1.0.3.48
I tried on iOS and PC
Model: R7500v2|Nighthawk X4 AC2350 Smart WiFi

I'm not even sure what you're trying to do. 

You're not logged into through an app. 

You're not logging in using its IP address. 

what are you trying to log out of?

Log in through a desktop browser or enable desktop mode on your mobile browser. select your device. and it'll be a gray bar across the bottom area saying "unregister this device"

you know? I know how to Unregister, but when I choose VIEW My PRODUCT, it not show the Button to Unregister, It show me "OPPS Something went wrong on our end.
