Start with a 30/30/30 reset.
Push and hold reset for 30 seconds while powered on.
power it off and continue to hold reset for 30 seconds.
power it back on while still holding reset for another 30 seconds.
See if that helps. Try connecting a pc/laptop to it via etherent to access/use it.
