I want a full refund of my service contract
I bought an AC1750 Mesh Extender that I was unable to make work. Out of desperation I paid for technical support. It was a farce.
I was connected by phone to a woman who hardly spoke ANY English. Further, three attempts at a clear connecetion were interupted by clcking and background noise.
I have started the process of returning the device to the store where I bought it. I want a full refund of the useless "support" I paid for.

How did you get in contact with support? What Web site (URL) have you used? What phone nuber have you called?
In short: Suspect you had been Scammed.
Almost anything else Google Bing, & Co. "find" is most likely scam.
