IOS devices recognize RBR850 router but no internet access is provided.

Two problems:

(1) Cannot provide verification of email address as requested by Netgear.  It provides error saying email confirmation code is already used.

(2) Multiple IOS devices recognize RBR850 router but no internet access is provided.  Swapping to Spectrum router restores internet service.

Those IoS devices are? That Spectrum router is?

What says "no internet access is provided"? Those devices?

Can other devices connect? If so, that may be where the problem lies.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
