Impossible de connecter R7000 à ReadyCloud

Hello,

I can't link my R7000 to my ReadyCloud account.

Could you help me please ?

I follewed the differents steps to add it from my Routeur manager web tool. But it's not working.

Perhaps the old owner of the device has already link it to his account and that's why i cant' do it now.

But i asked him and he don't know what is ReadyCloud. Also has already deleted the divice from his own account in order to able me to link it to my netagear account.

Help me please.

What can i do ?

Is it a technical issue or an administrative one ?
