Inconsistent VPN passthrough on Netgear R6700v3 - configuration issue?
My wife and I need to access our work networks from home using VPN. I access my network with PulseSecure and have no problems going through our R6700v3 (firmware V126.96.36.199_10.0.58) router to do so. My wife's work uses Microsoft Always Open VPN (AoVPN) but she is unable to connect to her work network. She connects to our LAN with no problem, but it appears that when the AoVPN attempts communication, the network connection drops. She has checked with the IT department at her work and they think the problem has to do with the router configuration, though are no more specific than that. The Netgear document says that all current routers support passthrough so I'm not sure what to try. I'd really appreciate any troubleshooting suggestions. Thanks.
