Intermittent connection loss/high ping

Hello. I've been having issues with my router. Pink spikes throughout all the day. Games tell me i'll disconnect, but windows never tell me that I've disconnected. I assume I disconnected because of how high my ping was. For months this has kept happening. I've already contacted my ISP. They said nothing was wrong.

Here's what I've done so far:

-Checked modem's SNR, power levels, etc (and they were fine)

-Factory resetted

-Tightened cables

-Downgraded firmware

-Rebooted

-Checked wifi card (and it was fine)

As expected, nothing worked. What should I do?

What router are you using? 

Firmware on that router? 

What modem are you using? Do you have a copy of those coax connection values and logs? 

When you speedtest, are the pings high or only when gaming? 

What are you gaming ON?
Are you gaming over wireless? wired?
