Internet issues with Nighthawk R6900

2 days ago I have upgraded my Internet speed from 20 MBPS to 100 MBPS. Sisnce then my "wireless" connection speed is jumping between 2 mbps  and 16 mbps. And what ever I play on my TV (wireless), it hags and after few minutes it connects to intenet. I have called the internet provider several times about this issue, as per theer suggestion , I have testted my speed using the wired connection. With wired connection I get 100 mbps, but wireless sucks. I never had this issue when I was on 20 mbps internet speed. I have been suing this sisnce one year, this is the first  time I am expiriencing that too after upgrading my speed to 100mbps. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or solutions from this issue.

What ISP service do you have? DSL or Cable? 

What ISP modem Mfr and model# do you have?


What wireless radios are you using? 2.4 or 5Ghz? 5Ghz is best for streaming video. 

What channels are you using? 

What security modes are you using? 

Any near by wifi neighbors? How many and what channels are they using?
