Internet problems the past month...

For the last month I've been having major problems with lagg only on my Xbox (very high latency), and the video streaming website twitch.tv, every other video streaming websites work fine, and I can play games on my PC just fine. I've noticed that this happens from 8 PM EST- 11:30ish PM? My ISP came out multiple times and everything is okay on their end, and I'm just completely frusterated with this. I don't know if the DoS attack has anything to do with this situation, because every night this happens the DoS attacks come up on my router. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are my logs from my Nighthawk Router:

Re: Internet problems the past month...

Here's a post from an XBOX user, and how he set up the router for XBOX. NG Forum post - last post on page (solution).  Using port forwarding as opposed to UPNP. Try disabling DoS also. You wil need to reserve an IP address for your XBOX for port forwarding.

Is your ISP provided device a modem, or router / modem combo? If it's a combo, ensure it is set to bridge mode (modem only).
