I have the latest firmware. I have android, windows 10, numerous wireless Tvs and two ipads. ipad 4 and a ipad pro.
Everytime we go to pick one of the ipads up and open a browser nothing loads. Wifi shows its connected rather its 2.4, or 5ghz. you have to manually disconnect and reconnect to get back on the internet. I haven't found anything on search. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. This is the only Netgear router that I have had constant issues. The other devices are working fine when the Ipads arent connected. All updates are up to date. I have a motorola cable modem

I don't know how to roll back the firmware, but i'm sure I can search for it. I think I am going to purchase another router either Linksys, or Asus. I believe the R8500 might have been a bad design as it seems to be plagued with problems like disconnecting and such
