Ipv6 enabled now can't log into router
Due to Xbox One suggesting that I enable ipv6 I have done that but now I cannot log into my genie app or the router login I can but I can't access anything it says the router not connected or supported or ipv6 is on but I can't seem to turn off ipv6 without being able to access my router. Any help would be greatly appreciated one of my Arlo pro cameras has gone offline and ice it seems like it's got something to do with it

Re: Ipv6 enabled now can't log into router
Hi Scottcnz,
Access the IP address via the default gateway. For example 192.168.1.1.
If still the same, reset the router.

Re: Ipv6 enabled now can't log into router
Hi there yes that doesn't work it just says can't access router and I go back to square one well it will get me into the router but it won't let me have any controls so I'm still unsure how I can get into the router itself when I've got IPV6 enabled thanks

Re: Ipv6 enabled now can't log into router
Hi Scottcnz.
Can you provide me the network setup that you have?
How is the computer connected to the router?
What is the IP address of the computer connected to the router?
