Yikes!! I am now offiially freaked out. I allowed them to access my computer. Cant believe i fell for this scam! I will
1. Change my netgear login and password
2. Change all account login and passwords. Hope this will be enough!
What do you think of adding Netgear armor?

I don't. It costs money. I keep my system up to date – no old stuff like Windows 7 here – and do my best not to mess around doing things that could damage my network.
But I am the only user. I don't have a bunch of kids who like to break things.
Just another user.
