Is it possible to region change on a MR60?

I'm not able to change my region on my nighthawk as the option just simply doesn't exist is there any way to be able to swap region?

There isn't currently. firmwares for the NA region (north america) are region locked. You used to be able to telnet into them to change them. You can try googling for telnet and the burnsku command to see about trying it.
