Latest firmware release 1.4.1.68-1.3.28 will not load up

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade my firmware to the latest release 1.4.1.68-1.3.28 but my attempts to do this via the app, searching via the portal connected directly to the router and manually uploading the .chk file have all failed to change the status from 1.4.1.50.

Has anyone else found this problem and hence found a solution as to how to load up the latest firmware?

Have you contacted support at all?

Tried all routes open to me so far but only posted this morning.

I have tried to manually load up the file via the UI but no joy.
