Logging in to my NAS drive
I have beeen in contact recently about a "redundant" drive message. It appears that one drive has failed. I turned my NAS off and removed what I think is my failed drive. However, the NAS unit no longer ecognises my password. How can this be overcome? If it can't, if I remove the drive and insert a new drive, how can I do a factory reset?

This forum is for NightHawk routers. You will have better luck in the NAS forum which is here.
