Lost Password EX7300

Question

I purchased this through EBay a few years ago. I don't remember if I set a password or one was given to me but now I can't log into the EX7300. Is there a way to recover the password or factory reset it? Pressing the small hole/button on the side doesn't seem to help.

When you factory reset, you have to push and hold for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. That should factory reset it.&nbsp;
