Lost connection to wifi during update
So i was updating my wifif and during ghe update process i lost connectivity and can no longer connect to it. Please help

Which NG product are you referring too?
Try a factory reset on the unit and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser if this is a NG wifi router.
Thanks for the help. wounded up buying a new router because while downloading the latest firware my phone somehow lost connection with it and corrupted the file. got on the horn with support and spend quite some time trying everything to revive it but couldn't. my new one works excellent though.
what are the led's on the unit doing? (all of them)
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.

Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
